About Michele Janezic
Michele Janezic is an expert in International Cooperation with an experience spanning 50 countries and specially 26 years with India.
From 1977 to 1986 , she worked with Schlumberger Ltd as the International Communications Director in charge of Multi Cultural Management. She worked besides the likes of the World Wide Vice President of Marketing and Communication for Schlumberger.
From 1984 to 1986, she worked with President Jean Riboud, Chairman of Schlumberger and The French Committee (at that time), she played a pivotal role in bringing about coordination between industrialists in France and India; as the Partners of “Year of India” in France and USA.
From 1986 to 1987, Michèle Janezic worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, France and was responsible for creating cooperation programs between various countries with large industrialists. She organized international events including the “Year of India” in France, “750th Anniversary of Berlin”, in Berlin; “The Years of France and Brazil’, in France and Brazil respectively; and finally “France and Denmark’, in Denmark.
From 1987 to 1995 she worked with the L’Oreal Group as a Director of International Communication looking after institutional and social programs. She worked as a director where she created a new Brand for L’Oreal.
In 1996, Michele started her own company under the name of MJJ Consultants in Paris, France. The company played an advisory as well as a business development role for French and Indian companies such as NIIT, HCL, Schlumberger…
In 1998, she organized the first “Indo French IT Forum”, in France, with NASSCOM (MOU)
In 1999, Michele organized the first “Indo French Mobile Forum” in India, with COAI and many other forums and one-to-one meetings between French and Indian Industrialists as well as government representatives: “Indian Democracie” with Christophe Jaffrelot, SEBI with chairman D.R. Mehta, “Indian Budget” with Ambassador Kanwal Sibal, “Indian IT Investment Abroad” with HCL Chairman Shiv Nadar etc.
In 2001, Michele Janezic was awarded the decoration “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Merite”.
From 2002 to 2004, Michele acted as an independent consultant to Indian industrialist willing to enter French markets.
From 2004 to 2006, she organized business delegations between France and India. She also worked for Natexis Prames International as consultant and facilitator for French companies expanding their operations into India.
From 2006 to present, she established her company in India and shifted her French operations here. Michele Janezic is based in Delhi with her team of dynamic Indo-French consultants.
