Human resources: recruitment with comprehensive policy, to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large.
Ethics training : The rise of ethics training inside corporations, some of it required by government regulation, is another driver credited with changing the behaviour and culture of corporations. increasing employee loyalty and pride in the organization.
Risk management: Maintain reputations in avoiding incidents such as corruption scandals or environmental accidents. Building a genuine culture of ‘doing the right thing’ within a corporation can offset these risks.
Brand differentiation: Building customer loyalty based on distinctive ethical values.
